After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, for example your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it m not always be possible. Any request for changes to be made must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by yourself.
If You Have a Complaint
If you have a problem during your holiday, PLEASE INFORM THE RELEVANT SUPPLIER,
(e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or our representative IMMEDIATELY who will endeavor to put things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, giving your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressed of your complaint, if any, we will be able extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who at no time are under our control or supervision.
Our Liability to You
We accept responsibility for ensuring that your travel arrangements, which you book with us, are supplied as represented and promised to you. If any parts of your travel arrangements are not provide as promised, due to the fault of our employees, agents, we will pay you appropriate compensation if it has affected the enjoyment of your travel arrangements. Our liability in all cases shall be limited to the costs of your travel arrangements.
We do not accept any responsibility for any third party services or service providers, like hotels, transport etc. For example, travel delays are the responsibility of the transporters and inefficient hospitality is the responsibility of the hotels.
We are only your tour operator and at no time do we act as managers for your respective responsibilities and personal obligations. We are therefore not responsible for your acts, misdemeanor omissions and neither are we responsible for managing any of your personal affairs; for example, we a not responsible for ensuring the safety of your personal belongings, travel documents, etc. at any time before the commencement of the tour or after it or during the tour.
Hotel & flight Policy
Hotel are providing subject to the availability at the time booking made.
If hotel and flight is cancel due to any reason, cancellation charge applicable as per cancellation policy.
It will be your responsibility to purchase any sort of holiday insurance cover and we are not responsible for the same.
Exactness Not Guaranteed
We cannot and do not guarantee the exactness of any service that may be provided to you. For instant photographs of the interiors of the hotel rooms posted on our website have been sourced from the respective Hotel management, the visual appeal of a room selected by you cannot and is not guarantee by us. Similarly, while we assure you of enjoyable holidays, we cannot and do not guarantee or repress that such tour will be as per your mental perception, imagination or thought about such tours.
General Important Notes
In case there is any change in price the same will be communicated to yourself and only after your confirmation, we will proceed further. There will be no reduction for un-utilized services
Surcharges may be applicable over and above the holiday price for the requested period. The same will be advised at the time of booking or prior to confirmations.
You need to make an advance payment at the time of confirming the tour and make the balance payment 35 days prior to the departure of the tour.
Forfeiture of Deposits
We shall be within our rights to forfeit the non- refundable interest free deposit paid by you. In the event you cancel the booking, or on failure on your part to adhere to the tour payment schedule as informed in the documentation Check List, or in the event the visa of any country is not granted or you are unable to travel on the tour booked due to any reason whatsoever, including medical ground or sickness, the non-refundable interest free deposits shall stand forfeited, and the scale of cancellation set out in the How to Book section of the brochure shall be applicable and binding.
Please be advised that these are the sole and complete terms and conditions governing the tour operations, supplemented only by the User Agreement. No employees of our Company or our agents have the authority to amend, modify or change these conditions, and you are advised to rely on the terms "as is". We have reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
Useful Tips before Booking:
Most hotels in north are very basic and may not be equivalent to similar star category hotels elsewhere in India.
Most of the hotels do not have lift. You will have to climb stairs to reach your allotted rooms. In case any of you, have problems with blood pressure, breathing, knee & heart or if you cannot climb the higher floors, you should report
The AC will be on when the car is on move only. While travelling in the plains the clients would need AC, which will be switch on. When the car is travelling uphill AC will be switched off.
For Extra Person Sharing the Room & Child with Extra Bed, almost all the hotel of our area provides MATTRESS and ROLL OVERS as a supplement to Extra Bed.
The vehicle used will not be at disposal and will be exclusively used for the group as per the itinerary only (on point to point basis). It will change sector wise.
As the vehicles & drivers change always, we will request you to be very careful with personal belongings. Once left in the vehicle, there is, almost nil or little chance, of getting it back.
Credit cards / travelers checks are not freely accepted in North.
While traveling to Rohtang customers should carry valid photo ID proof which can ONLY be one of Driving License, Voter Card or Valid Passport.
Pan Card is not accepted as ID Proof to visit Rohtang, The Photo ID Proof can be anyone of the following, Driving License, Voter Card, Valid Passport &aadhar Card only.
Telephone / Internet networks are non-existent in some areas.
Due to poor road infrastructure in North, journey between 2 places may take longer than expected. Top speed may be restricted to 30 km/hr. at some places.
At times due to events which are beyond control (e.g. local strikes, natural calamities), schedules and itineraries may be subject to last minute changes.
Driving in hilly areas which are different from normal driving, speed limit would be 30 kms per hour.
Most of the 2 star and 3 star hotels provide only Mattress Not Extra bed.
It is not advisable to visit Rohtang from 15 Nov till 25th May as roads are closed due to snow.
Cars will remain at disposal only between 9 am - 5 pm. Post 5 pm for any use travelers need to make their own arrangements.
Cancellation B/w 31 to 45 or more days to departure.
50% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 31 to 45 or more days before departure.
Cancellation B/w 22 to 30 or more days to departure.
55% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 22 to 30 or more days before departure.
Cancellation B/w 15 to 21 or more days to departure.
60% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 15 to 21 or more days before departure.
Cancellation within 15 days to departure.
100% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 15 days before departure.
The Company has complete authority to change the package costing if in future there is a hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other additional services provided.
Only those Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher.
Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form cash/money/alternative services.
Anything not mentioned under Package Inclusion.
All personal Expense, optional tours and extra meals.
Camera fees, alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and starters.
Vehicle service on leisure days for sightseeing not included in the itinerary. üMedical and travel insurance.
Room heater is not included.
Permit and entry ticket not included.
AMENDMENT POLICY (PREPONE & POSTPONE):
case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 7 days prior to journey date via mail.
The customers can postpone/ prepone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 7 days of travel date in written). However, postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will have deducted from the advance amount deposited.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of travel date. However, in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
Company has a right to reschedule the site seeing days to ensure smooth execution of tours.
Any amendment requested during the tour, will be treated as a fresh booking and additional cost will be charged other than earlier allocated tour cost.
